Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the goods, or on which a third party you appointed (who is not the carrier) took possession of the delivered product.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 7 days

  • The goods are in their original packaging

Goods that cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Goods which by nature cannot be returned, deteriorate quickly, or are expired

  • Goods unsealed after delivery, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

  • Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Note: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if not permitted under applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned goods and inspect them, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the goods.

  • You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

  • If the goods were received as a gift, we will issue a gift credit instead of a direct refund (see Gifts section).

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the gift giver first, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.
