Before you ask

What buyers ask first

The six questions that arrive in almost every first email, answered here so you do not have to send a seventh.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity is set per category and per pack format, not as a single site-wide figure. Colour powders and colour sand run to lower minimums than moulded plastics, because a plastics run is limited by tooling and cycle time rather than by blending. Tell us the category, the market and an indicative volume and we will send the current MOQ sheet with the quotation. First orders into a new market are frequently smaller than the standing minimum — a sample or trial shipment is usually the sensible way to start, and we would rather run one than lose a buyer to a number on a web page.

Which countries does Garg Global Innovative export to?

Products from the group are already sold in Australia, Canada, Finland, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. That list is countries with an existing trade, not a limit on where we ship. Markets outside it are reachable, and typically begin with a sample order so the buyer can confirm the product and the documentation against local requirements before committing to a container.

Do you manufacture under other companies' brands?

Yes. Three routes are available. Private label puts our existing catalogue under your brand and is the fastest way to shelf, since it needs no new mould. Design customisation changes packaging, colour or shape within our existing tooling. Custom product development starts from your concept or drawing and runs through prototyping, mould creation and functional testing to production. Work brought to us under the third route runs on segregated lines under NDA, with tooling held to your account.

What safety standards do the toys meet?

Toy products are manufactured to ASTM and EN-71 toy safety standards, and certificates are issued on request per shipment. The manufacturing operation is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO/IEC 27001, and those certificates are published in full at /about/certifications with their numbers. Colour products are made on a corn-starch base with additives, and gulal is offered in a non-combustible grade carrying a slight talc or mica content. Quality control runs at three points rather than one: every raw material is tested in house before use, checks are made at multiple stages during the production run, and product is inspected before despatch. Quality control runs on both units — colour and gulal at Hathras, moulding and assembly at Faridabad — and buyers are welcome to arrange a third-party inspection or an audit at either.

What are your lead times?

Lead time is confirmed against each order at quotation rather than published as a standing figure, because it depends on category, volume and season. Holi colour has a pronounced seasonal peak and capacity in the run-up to the festival is committed early, so an order placed for that window should be discussed well ahead. Plastics lead times depend on whether existing tooling can be used. Ask with your volume and target arrival date and we will give a date we can hold to.

Who owns Garg Global Innovative Limited?

Garg Global Innovative Limited is a family-run manufacturer, governed by a board of five directors, and is part of a larger group of family companies working in colour, spices and food. The family has manufactured at Hathras since 1951, when Kundan Lal Bhagat ji and his son Gopal Das ji turned a shop dealing in compound hing, colour and gulal into a small factory. The colour business was built into RB Colour by Ratan Behari Agrawal, and is known in Indian trade as Cock Brand. The sister companies are Garg Global Spices Private Limited, which manufactures asafoetida, and K.G. Overseas Private Limited, which trades dry fruits and snacks under the Mevabite brand.
